Forces. In recognition that this servicemember is currently in transit or subject to
transfer for reassignment at any time, prompt completion of all warranty repairs and
service is requested.
This certificate applies to deliveries in Puerto Rico only, of vehicles purchased through
Exchange New Car Sales. It is not transferable and is valid only when signed by the
person to whom it was issued. It is valid only while the vehicle is located in Puerto Rico.
You may exchange this certificate for one valid in the United States, but you must contact
Exchange New Car Sales at the phone number listed below at least 90 days prior to your
stateside rotation date.
Dealer Notice:
This certificate identifies the person whose name and signature appear below as a
preferred customer of the Exchange New Car Sales program. If, for any reason,
warranty repairs cannot be completed promptly, please contact Exchange New Car
Sales at the numbers below.
