El agua mineral natural contiene una serie de minerales disueltos, lo que
permite clasificarlo. En la naturaleza, se suele presentar bajo lo que se
denomina de mineralización Débil y tan sólo de forma muy excepcional
como Muy Débil.
El agua mineral natural de mineralización Muy Débil sólo puede
denominarse así, si contiene menos de 50 mg de residuo seco por litro.
El agua mineral Teleno tan sólo contiene 30 mg y de entre ellos el sodio
con tan solo 1,6 mg, por lo que es muy diurética, se recomida en la
preparación de alimentos infantiles y para aquellos que padezcan
problemas de hipertensión.
Se considera, por tanto, un agua de gran pureza. Otra de las características
más valoradas, que le confiere su poca mineralización, es su sabor suave
con respecto a las más mineralizadas. Pues, contrariamente a la creencia
tradicional, el agua, en absoluto, es insípida.
Mineral water is classified according to the amount of minerals and
trace elements it contains. Typically, it is classified as a low mineral
content water when it contains less than 50 mg of fixed residue per
litre. In exceptional cases, mineral water is classified as light mineral
water when it contains less than 50 mg of fixed residue per litre.
With only 30 mg of fixed residue per litre, Teleno Mineral Water also has
one of the lowest sodium content found in waters currently marketed.
The water acts as an exceptional diuretic, and is especially safe for infant
feeding and for patients that suffer from hypertension.
Our water is considered high-purity water. The water also has a pleasant
mild flavour, another characteristic of light mineral water. Contrary to
traditional belief, water can be quite flavourful.
