CITY OF GASTONIA
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE
AND EVALUATION REPORT
The Community Development Division of the City of Gastonia will hold a public hearing on
Monday, August 22, 2016, at 5:30 PM, at the Gaston City Hall – Council Chambers, 181 S.
South Street, Gastonia, NC 28052. The purpose of this public hearing will be to obtain
views from the public on the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report
(CAPER). The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report is a document,
which is used to measure the actual performance of an agency in meeting the goals and
objectives described in the Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan.

The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2015/16
Program Year of the Community Development Block Grant has been prepared and will be
submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development on or about September 22,
2016. Beginning August 18, 2016, copies of the report will be available for public inspection
and comment at the office of the Housing and Neighborhoods Division of the City of
Gastonia, Second Floor – Suite 218, Garland Municipal Business Center, 150 S. York Street,
Gastonia, North Carolina between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through
Friday.
The City of Gastonia invites public comment on the CAPER during the public comment
period, August 15, 2016 through September 15, 2016. Copies of the report can be inspected
at the following locations:
