Applications for NEXT School Year
2016-2017
It’s that time of the year.
THINK Together Applications will be released Friday, May 13, 2016.
They will be available at the front office as well as during the after
school program from 2:00pm-6:00pm. Registration will be based on a
first come first serve bases (Subject to availability) as well behavior and
academic need. In order for your child to be admitted into the program
you must complete the following:
1) Fill out the application COMPLETELY
2) Turn in the Application by the deadline: Monday May 23, 2016
3) Attend our end of the year meeting: Tuesday May 24, 2016
If you are unable to complete these 3 steps your child will be placed on
the waiting list.

Las solicitudes para el año escolar SIGUIENTE
2016-2017
Es esa época del año.
Las solicitudes de THINK Together serán disponibles el viernes, 13 de
mayo de 2016. Estarán disponibles en la oficina de Rainbow Ridge, e
igualmente después de clases durante el programa de THINK Together
de 2:00pm a 6:00pm. La inscripción se basara en la orden en que se
reciban las aplicaciones (sujeto a disponibilidad). También se tomara en
cuenta el comportamiento y necesidad académica: Para que su
estudiante sea admitido en el programa, por favor complete los
siguientes pasos:
1 ) Llene la solicitud completamente
2 ) Entregue su aplicación a más tardar: lunes 23 mayo, 2016
3 ) Deberá asistir a nuestra reunión de fin de año: martes 24 mayo,
2016
Si usted no completa estos 3 requisitos, su estudiante será colocado en
una lista de espera.
