Sinopsis: Dos cadáveres son encontrados en el zoológico y el detective Matos y
el Tte. Huarcaya, se encargarán de resolver el caso más enigmático dentro de la
criminología. Los mitos de la selva amazónica sobre los hombres jaguar serán un
indicio que no se podrá ignorar. Al mismo tiempo, una mujer de rasgos felinos es
examinada por el Dr. Iparraguirre en el Hospital, sin saber que puede ocurrir otro
asesinato. El zoólogo Marcos Klein atribuye estos rasgos a la zoantropía existente
en el pueblo indígena Awajún del Alto Amazonas. El Mayor Matos deberá decidir si
creer o no en lo sobrenatural, y deberá elegir entre cumplir ley o tener compasión.
Synopsis: Two bodies are found in the zoo. Detective Matos and Lt. Huarcaya,
will settle the most puzzling case in criminology. The myths of the Amazon
rainforest about human beings who transform into jaguars is an evidence that
cannot be ignored. At the same time, a woman with feline traits is examined by Dr.
Iparraguirre in the Hospital, unaware that another murder may occur. The zoologist
Klein attributes the woman’s traits to existing zoanthropy within the Awajún
indigenous people of the Upper Amazon. Major Matos will have to decide whether
or not to believe in the supernatural, and must choose between law enforcement or
having compassion.

Lima, Perú, 1976. He studied cinematography
and drama at the University of Lima. He has
directed short films, documentaries and theatre
plays. In 2003, he won the 1.st Festival of
APFACOM for Spiral Time, and in 2006 the 3.rd
Competition of audiovisual for Aura. In 2013, he
received a scholarship from CINESCOPE.
