SEGUNDA COLECTA
Earlier this year, the USCCB asked all dioceses to
take up a second collection to meet the needs of
those affected by natural disasters in 2016. Due to
the recent flooding in Louisiana, I am now asking
all parishes to take up a second collection for disaster relief on the weekend of September 10-11,
2016. Please give generously! The funds will be
used to provide assistance to those affected by
natural disasters that occur throughout 2016. I ask
for your prayers for our brothers and sisters who
have suffered due to natural disasters. Thank you
for your generosity and your prayers!

Music Ministry Initiative—Progress Report
Campaign to raise $150,000 in full swing
As announced at the Masses this past weekend,
the Campaign to raise $150,000 to buy a Steinway B Grand Piano and a set of 5 octave handbells is well under way. To date we have received pledges amounting to $107,000!!! Our
sincerest thanks to those parishioners who have
given. This is a wonderful show of support for
the music program led by Fr. Lucas, Ron Fabry
and the members of the choir. We still have
$43,000 to go, and we need ALL parishioners to
be involved. Please review the details in the flyers which will be found in the pews or visit the
information desk located in the gathering area
following each Mass. All who donate will be enrolled in the St Cecilia Society – our patron saint
of music. And remember – all donations are tax
deductible. Thanks for giving.

Como dijimos en unas Misas el último fin de

The members of the parish Knights of Columbus
will be raffling an original oil painting by respected artist Bill Sawczuk. Throughout the summer,
tickets may be purchased in the Gathering Area
to benefit the local Pregnancy Center, Turning
Point.

RCIA and Adult Faith Formation with Fr.Brian
RCIA and Adult Faith Formation are starting
soon! Fr. Brian is excited to present the Symbolon program, which will serve as both our RCIA
and Adult Faith Formation for this year. Classes
will be held on Thursday, beginning on September 15 at 6:15 PM, location TBA. A full fall
schedule will be available at the first class.
Symbolon is a powerful program to both teach
the faith anew and reinvigorate the faith of lifelong Catholics. The parish will cover the $25
book, but donations to defray the cost are
greatly appreciated. Call the office to sign up
now so we can order books soon!
RICA y Formación de Fe de Adultos con P. Brian

Summer Singing with the Choir
Anyone who likes to sing is invited to rehearse
with the choir before a Mass and then sing with
the choir at that Mass. This could be a one-time
event or an every week experience! The choir
will rotate through the weekend liturgies during
the summer. The Mass schedule and rehearsal

Beginning Experience of Wyoming
Oct. 21-23 2016
Beginning Experience is a weekend program that
offers healing and renewal to divorced, widowed
and separated men and women. It is a nonprofit, faith-based, comprehensive program
offered to all persons, regardless of religious
preference. A Beginning Experience weekend
offers support and direction to help resolve grief
or anger that can follow the end of a marriage by
divorce, separation or death. The weekend can
be a time for a real awakening, a re-evaluation,
and a new beginning. Beginning Experience is a
positive experience of hope. You can anticipate
an intensely reflective, possibly painful, but spiritually honest self-encounter. You will also find
support, warm fellowship, and community. The
next Beginning Experience weekend will be in
Casper and starts at 7:00 PM on Friday evening
Oct. 21, 2016 and runs through Sunday afternoon around 4 PM on Oct. 23, 2016. The donation we ask for the weekend is $150.00, which
includes sleeping arrangements, meals, and materials. Scholarships are available. No one is
turned away due to finances. Registration
deadline is Oct. 18th, 2016. Contact these team
