The City of Santa Rosa is working on two projects in the southwest area:
• Roseland Area Annexation to include properties not currently in the city limits as part of the City of Santa
Rosa.
• Roseland Area/Sebastopol Road Specific Plan to create a shared vision for the future of the area that is
generally bounded by Highway 12 to the north, Bellevue Avenue to the south, Highway 101 to the east, and
Stony Point Road to the west.
• We want to hear your ideas about the future of the Roseland Area.
at workshop #3 you will:
• Review the preferred land use and circulation plan for the area, developed based on input provided to date
by the Technical Advisory Committee and those who have participated in the previous workshops and online forums.
• Share your thoughts on key features of the plan.
• Prioritize potential public improvement projects for the area, such as new parks and bike lanes.
Workshop will be conducted in English and in Spanish.
Food and child care (for children 3 years and up) will be provided!

La Ciudad de Santa Rosa está comenzando el trabajo de dos proyectos en la zona suroeste:
