Press Release Santiago, December 30th, 2014 Agreement shall govern for the next four years BANCO DE CHILE AND UNIONS SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PROCESS After completing two successful collective bargaining processes, Banco de Chile and three of its unions, which represent a total of 6,000 employees of the financial institution, arrived at an agreement yesterday and signed two new collective agreements that will govern for the next four years. The Banco Chile-Edwards Union, the National Banco de Chile Union, and the Federation of Unions of Banco de Chile participated in the agreements. The settlements include an end of negotiation bonus, which will be extended to a total of approximately 9,000 employees, for a total amounting to approximately 40 billion pesos.
