SHEPHERD’S PIE RECIPE
Half a kilo of minced lamb

First, peel and wash the potatoes. Then boil them for 25 minutes. Next,
preheat the oven to 200ºC. Cut the mushrooms and carrots into slices.
Then, cook the minced lamb with the onion, bay leaf, mushrooms and
carrots for 8-10 minutes. Next, add the flour and stir for one minute.
Gradually blend in the stock and tomato sauce. Let the food slowly cook
for 25 minutes. Next, remove the bay leaf and spoon the mixture into a
dish. Then, you need to mash the potatoes and mix them with butter and
milk. Now, spoon the potatoes over the meat and sprinkle the cheese on
top. Leave it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. It’s delicious!
