REGLAS DE CONDUCTA
Estas Reglas de Conducta deberán
anexarse y formar parte de los
Convenios, Condiciones y
Restricciones de Plaza del Mar
Sección Club (más adelante
denominadas las “Protecciones”)
otorgadas por la Asociación Civil de
Colonos de Plaza del Mar Sección
Club. Estas Reglas de Conducta
han sido establecidas de acuerdo
con los estatutos de la Asociacion
Civil y del inciso 5.07 de dichas
Protecciones y deberán ser
administradas por el Comité de
Mantenimiento o por cualquier otro
comité o persona designada o
contratada por el Comité Directivo
según lo estipulado en las
Protecciones, sujetas a enmienda
por dicho Comité. Las Reglas de
Conducta son las siguientes:
REGLA 1
Ningún animal doméstico, aparte
de un número razonable de
especies reconocidas generalmente
como domésticas, se podrá
mantener en áreas privadas y el
uso por los mismos de las áreas
comunes será restringido por sus
dueños, previendo así disturbios en
el uso y aprovechamiento de las
áreas comunes por parte de los
Miembros. Todos los perros
deberán estar sujetos a sus correas
y bajo el cuidado de un adulto
mientras se encuentren en la calle
o en areas comunes. Los

RULES OF CONDUCT
These Rules of Conduct have been
established pursuant to the Bylaws
of the Plaza del Mar Club Section
Home Owners Association
(hereinafter "the Association") and
to Section 5.07 of the Covenants,
Conditions, and Restrictions
(hereinafter the “Protections” or
CC&Rs) issued by the Association,
to which CC&Rs they are to be
attached and of which they shall
form a part. These Rules shall be
administered by the Directing
Committee (Board of Directors or
"Board") or any person or
committee appointed or hired by
the Board of Directors as provided
in the Bylaws and/or CC&Rs,
subject to amendment as approved
by said Board. The specific Rules
of Conduct shall be the following:
RULE 1
No domestic animals other than a
reasonable number of generally
recognized house pets shall be
maintained in any private area.
The use by pets of the common
areas shall be restricted by the
owners thereof so as to preclude
any disturbance of the use and
enjoyment of the common areas by
the Association members . All dogs
on streets and in common areas shall be on
a leash and under the control of a
responsible adult. Owners are responsible
for the clean-up of any litter made by their
pets.
