We provide a specialist range of care, support and rehabilitation services to clients in their own homes or at dedicated rehabilitation centres. We specialise in providing care services for the Elderly and those with Dementia, Physical Disabilities, i.e. Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Injury and Strokes, we also have a dedicated support team specialising in rehabilitation of clients with Acquired Brain Injuries. The Charterville team aims to enhance the “Quality of Life” of our Clients by providing specialist support care and support, encouraging independent living, enabling them to increasingly manage their own life as fully as possible, within the limits of their injury or disability. Charterville Care at Home is a leading Care Provider in Oxfordshire and is fully registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who have given Charterville a level 3 rating (“Excellent”). Charterville is also an approved provider for Oxfordshire County Council. On joining Charterville, our staff go through an extended and thorough induction process to ensure they are fully trained in all the necessary basic skills. We recruit: We are looking for support workers who genuinely want to make a difference to someone’s life, to support our clients to live an independent life within their own home. Ideally profiles like: Social Worker, Psychologist, O. T. Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant or related professions. Previous experience is NOT compulsory, but high motivation is a must. Desirable English level C1. Minimum high B2 required (no certificates needed) We offer: In return we can offer you: Permanent contracts as Support Workers offered for 40 hours a week (however this could be increased to 48 where appropriate). £9.85 per hour weekdays and £10.70 per hour weekends. Bank holidays are doubled paid. (About £1600 per month on a 40hpw basis). Travel time paid. In terms of travel, if he/she had a driving license we would make pool cars available to them for travel purposes. If he/she did not have a driving license, we would look to secure bicycles for them to use in around the area.
