Reprosil®
Precision impression system based on addition curing silicones
Reprosil is an impression system for the double mix technique and the putty/wash technique.
Reprosil complies with the requirements of ISO 4823:1992 for dental elastomeric impression
materials1.
Reprosil is available in two consistencies:
Reprosil Easy Mix Putty, a very high viscosity type addition curing silicone with optimum flexibility
for easy removal from undercuts.
Indications:
1. Tray material for the double mix technique,
2. Primary impression material for the putty/wash technique.
Reprosil Easy Mix Putty is available in two setting speeds:
a Regular Set version and a Fast Set version especially developed for the putty/wash technique.
Reprosil HF Light Body, a low viscosity type addition curing silicone with hydrophilic properties for
reproduction of moist surfaces and more accurate impressions and models.
Indications:
1. Syringe material for the double mix technique,
2. Correcting impression material for the putty/wash technique,
3. Impression material for denture relines.

Disinfection
The impression can be disinfected with a standard disinfecting solution or spray.
Casting
Rinse and dry impression. Cast between one hour and seven days after removal from mouth.4
Electroplating
Reprosil impressions can be copper or silver plated. Colloidal silver or graphite should be evenly
coated on the dry and clean impression prior to plating.
SPECIAL NOTES
This product is formulated for dental use only.
The use of latex gloves when kneading addition curing putties may prolong or inhibit the setting
reaction of the material.
Do not interchange screw caps, lids and measuring spoons.
Avoid contact of textiles with unset material as silicones cannot be removed chemically. SILFIX
adhesive can be removed by conventional solvents like ORANGE OIL B.P.

Reprosil ist ein Abformsystem für die Doppelmisch- und Putty/Wash-Technik.
Reprosil entspricht den Anforderungen der ISO 4823:1992 für zahnärztliche Elastomer-Abformmaterialien.1
Reprosil steht in zwei Konsistenzen zur Verfügung:
Reprosil Easy Mix Putty, eine sehr hochviskose additionsvernetzende Silikon-Knetmasse mit
ausgezeichneter Flexibilität für leichte Entnahme aus dem Mund.
Anwendungsbereiche:
1. Löffelmaterial bei der Doppelmischtechnik,
2. Erstabformung für die Putty/Wash-Technik.
Reprosil Easy Mix Putty steht in zwei Produkten mit verschiedenen Abbindezeiten zur Verfügung:
Als normale Version „Regulär Set“ und als schnelle Version „Fast Set“, die speziell für die Anwendung bei der Putty/Wash Technik entwickelt wurde.
Reprosil HF Light Body, ein niederviskoses additionsvernetzendes Abformmaterial mit hydrophilen Eigenschaften, zeichnet sich durch eine verbesserte Reproduktion feuchter Oberflächen aus,
woraus sich eine höhere Abform- und Modellgenauigkeit ergibt.
Anwendungsbereiche:
1. Spritzenmaterial bei der Doppelmischtechnik,
2. Korrekturmaterial für die Putty/Wash-Technik,
3. Abformungen für die indirekte Unterfütterung.

Desinfektion
Die Abformungen können mit den üblichen Desinfektionslösungen oder -Sprays desinfiziert werden.
Modellherstellung
Abformung spülen und trocknen. Das Ausgießen der Abformung kann sowohl 1 Stunde als auch
noch 7 Tage nach Entnahme aus dem Mund erfolgen.4
Galvanisierung
Reprosil Abformungen können verkupfert oder versilbert werden. Vor dem Galvanisieren sollte die
saubere und trockene Abformung mit einer dünnen gleichmäßigen Schicht kolloidalen Silbers oder
Graphit bestrichen werden.
BESONDERE HINWEISE
Dieses Produkt ist ausschließlich für die zahnärztliche Anwendung bestimmt.
Das Tragen von Latex-handschuhen beim Anmischen der Knetmasse kann das Abbinden von additionsvernetzenden Silikonen verzögern oder verhindern.
Verschlüsse, Deckel und Dosierlöffel nicht vertauschen.
Nicht abgebundene Silikone haften an Textilien. Sie lassen sich nicht durch chemische Reinigung entfernen. SILFIX Haftlack läßt sich mit konventionellen Lösungsmitteln wie z. B. ORANGE OIL B.P. entfernen.

REPROSIL Easy Mix Putty est disponible en deux vitesses de temps de prise: une version normale

Reprosil HF Light Body: Silicone basse viscosité avec des propriétés hydrophiliques garantissant la
reproduction des surfaces humides et un maximum de précision des empreintes et des modèles.

Désinfection
L’empreinte peut être désinfectée à l’aide d’une solution désinfectante standard ou au moyen d’un
spray.
Coulée
Rincer et sécher l’empreinte. La coulée de l’empreinte peut être effectuée entre 1 h et 7 jours après
son retrait de la bouche.4
Electro-Déposition
Les empreintes Reprosil peuvent être cuivrées ou argentées. L’argent ou le graphite colloïdal
devront être déposés sur les surfaces sèches et propres de l’empreinte avant l’électro-déposition.
REMARQUES IMPORTANTES
Ce produit est réservé exclusivement à l’usage dentaire. L’utilisation de gants en latex lors du
mélange des pâtes «Putty» peut prolonger ou gêner la réaction de prise du matériau.
Ne pas interchanger les bouchons, les couvercles et les doseurs.
Eviter le contact des textiles avec le matériau non polymérisé car les silicones ne peuvent être
enlevés chimiquement. L’adhésif SILFIX peut être enlevé avec des solvants conventionnels comme l’huile B.P. ORANGE.

Disinfezione
L’impronta può essere disinfettata con un normale disinfettante liquido o spray.
Colatura del modello
Sciacquare ed asciugare l’impronta. Colare il gesso dopo un’ora e fino a sette giorni da quando è
stato rimosso il portaimpronte dal cavo orale.4
Placcatura
Le impronte prese con Reprosil possono essere placcate con rame o argento. L’argento colloidale o
la grafite dovrebbero aderire alla superficie asciutta dell’impronta prima di procedere alla placcatura.
PRECAUZIONI
Questo prodotto è solo per uso dentale.
L’impiego di guanti in lattice nel miscelare i componenti del putty può prolungare o diminuire il
tempo di presa.
Non scambiare i tappi a vite, i coperchi ed i cucchiai di misurazione.
Evitare il contatto dei tessuti con il materiale (il silicone non può essere rimosso chimicamente).
L’adesivo SILFIX può essere rimosso con solventi comuni come ORANGE OIL B.P.

Reprosil se presenta en dos consistencias:
Reprosil Easy Mix Putty, silicona aditiva de endurecimiento con una óptima flexibilidad para su
fácil eliminación de las zonas retentivas.
Indicaciones:
1. Material de cubeta para la técnica de mezcla doble,
2. Material para impresiones primarias para la técnica de masilla/lavado.
Reprosil Easy Mix Putty se ofrece en 2 velocidades de fraguado: una versión de fraguado regular
(Regular Set) y una versión de fraguado rápido (Fast Set), especialmente desarrollada para la
técnica de doble impresión (Putty/Wash).
Reprosil HF Light Body, silicona aditiva de endurecimiento de baja viscosidad con propiedades
hidrofílicas para reproducción de superficies húmedas e impresiones y modelos más exactos.
Indicaciones:
1. Material de jeringa para la técnica de mezcla doble,
2. Material para impresiones de corrección para la técnica de masilla/lavado,
3. Material de impresiones para rebasado de dentaduras.

Desinfección
La impresión puede ser desinfectada con una solución desinfectante normal ó un spray.
Vaciado
Lavar y secar la impresión y dejar entre una hora y siete dias después de haberla retirado de la boca.4
Electroplástica
Las impresiones de Reprosil pueden hacerse con baño de cobre ó de plata. Debe aplicarse una
capa uniforme de grafito ó plata coloidal sobre la impresión seca y limpia antes de la electroplastia.
NOTAS ESPECIALES
Este producto ha sido diseñado únicamente para uso odontológico.
El uso de guantes de látex cuando se trabaja la masilla aditiva de endurecimiento puede prolongar
ó inhibir la reacción de fraguado del material.
No intercambiar las tapas a rosca ni las cucharas medidoras
Evitar el contacto del material sin endurecer con tejidos ya que las siliconas no se pueden eliminar
por medios quimicos. El adhesivo SILFIX puede eliminarse con los solventes habituales como el
solvente naranja.

Reprosil är ett avtrycksmaterial för dubbelmix teknik och putty/wash teknik.
Reprosil motsvarar kraven från ISO 4823:1992 för dentala elastomer avtrycksmaterial.1
Reprosil tillhandahälls i två konsistenser.
Reprosil Easy Mix Putty, ett högvisköst additionspolymeriserat silikon med optimal flexibilitet för
ett enkelt avlägsnande från underskär.
Indikationer:
1. Skedmaterial för dubbelmix teknik,
2. Material för individuell sked vid putty/wash teknik.
Reprosil Easy Mix Putty finns i 2 versioner: 1 Regular Set och 1 Fast Set speciellt utvecklad för
korrekturavtryck.
Reprosil HF Light Body, ett lågvisköst additionspolymeriserat silikon med hydrofiliska egenskaper för exakta reproduktioner även av våta ytor.
Indikationer:
1. Sprutmaterial för dubbelmix,
2. Definitivavtryck vid putty/wash teknik,
3. Rebasering.

Desinficering
Avtrycket kan desinficeras med en standardlösning eller spray.
Utslagning
Det rengjorda och torkade avtrycket kan slås ut efter 1 timme och upp till 7 dagar efter avtryckstagningen.4
Electroplating
Reprosil impressions can be copper or silver plated. Colloidal silver or graphite should be evenly
coated on the dry and clean impression prior to plating.

Denna produkt är endast avsedd för dentalt bruk.
Om latexhandskar används vid knådning av puttymaterialet kan detta påverka härdningsreaktionen hos materialet.
Förväxla inte skruvkapsylerna, burklocken eller måttskopor
Undvik kontakt med textilier då materialet inte kan avlägsnas på kemisk väg. SILFIX adhesive kan
avlägsnas med konventionella lösningsmedel.
