The 15° SSJ100 joined Interjet fleet
Venice (Italy) May 20, 2015
Another brand new Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ100) aircraft joined the Mexican Interjet’s fleet on
the 20th of May. The aircraft (MSN95066) was rolled out from the SuperJet International’s
facility in Venice (Italy) and took off from the “Marco Polo” Airport for its ferry flight to Mexico,
stopping in Keflyavik (Iceland) and Bangor (Maine, USA).
“The 15th delivery to Interjet represents the first half of the total order signed by the Mexican
airline for 30 SSJ100 in the 93-seats configuration” says Nazario Cauceglia, CEO of SuperJet
International – it is a great result and by the end of 2015 we plan to deliver additional six
aircraft”.
As stated by Interjet, the SSJ100 is confirming an excellent performance with a dispatch
reliability’s average of 99%. The aircraft is also being appreciated by passengers for its
outstanding comfort in the cabin, the wide overhead baggage space and the exclusive
Pininfarina interior.
Interjet SSJ100s are being delivered under a three ECA deal, a multilateral export credit
guaranteed by Coface (France), Sace (Italy) and EXIAR (Russia), which cover the total aircraft
ordered by the Mexican airline and can be tailored for the new SSJ100 customers.
The Sukhoi Superjet 100 - developed by Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company (SCAC) in partnership
with Finmeccanica-Alenia Aermacchi - incorporates the most modern Western technology and
systems, optimized power and efficiency, together with high standards of comfort available in
the 100-seat segment.

SuperJet International (SJI) is a joint venture between Finmeccanica-Alenia Aermacchi and
Sukhoi Holding. Incorporated in July 2007, SuperJet International is headquartered in Venice
(Italy), close to the Marco Polo International airport, with a branch in Moscow. The Company is
responsible for the marketing, sales, customization and delivery of the Sukhoi Superjet 100
regional jet, mainly in Europe, the Americas, Oceania, Africa and Japan. SJI is also in charge of
training and after sales support worldwide.
Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ100)
The SSJ100 is a state-of-the-art 100-seat new generation aircraft. It was designed specifically
for the 100-seat segment and it offers in today’s market the most efficient combination of
regional efficiency with mainline capabilities, thanks to its high level of comfort, design
philosophy, cost effectiveness and minimal environmental impact. The Sukhoi Superjet 100
cruises at a Maximum Operating Speed of Mach 0.81 and a Maximum Altitude of 40.000 feet. It
takes off from a 1.800 meters runway in the basic range and from 2.100 meters for the long
range. The operating range for the basic version is approximately 3.100 km and 4.600 km for
the long range version. The SSJ100 aircraft is certified by multiple National Aviation Authorities.
The SSJ100 entered into commercial operations in 2011.
