Search Warrants – Arrests
On May 9, 2014 Manassas City Investigators, in collaboration with the Northern Virginia Regional Gang
Task Force, the Prince William County Police Department, and the City of Manassas Park Police
Department, executed search warrants at the following addresses: 9900 Greenview Ln, Manassas
(20109); 10233 Racquet Cir, Manassas (20110); 88 Meeker Ct, Manassas Park (20111); and 95 Meeker
Ct, Manassas Park (20111). The search warrants stemmed from a three-month-long investigation into
persons associated with a string of recent crimes in the Manassas area and resulted in the issuance of
ninety-four (94) felony charges against the following suspects. All suspects are believed to be affiliated
with the Bloods criminal street gang. Each was taken into custody and held without bond. Court dates
are pending.
1) 17-year-old male juvenile of Woodbridge, VA:
Carnal Knowledge of Minor (3 counts), Rape (2 counts), Communicating Threats of Bodily Injury,
Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, Robbery, Attempted Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit a Robbery,
Malicious Wounding by Mob, Conspiracy to Use a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, Gang
Participation (6 counts), Burglary (2 counts), Attempted Burglary, Grand Larceny of a Firearm, Grand
Larceny, Destruction of Property (2 counts)
2) Adam Avery Fink, 22, of 9900 Greenview Ln, Manassas, VA 20109:
Rape (2 counts), Carnal Knowledge (2 counts), Use of a Firearm in the
Commission of a Felony (2 counts), Robbery, Attempted Robbery,
Conspiracy to Commit a Robbery, Malicious Wounding by Mob, Use of a
Firearm in the Commission of a Felony (2 counts), Possession of a
Firearm by a Convicted Felon (2 counts), Gang Participation (5 counts),
Burglary, Attempted Burglary, Grand Larceny of a Firearm, Grand
Larceny, Destruction of Property (2 counts)
