RESUMEN
El presente trabajo de Tesis fue desarrollado en la empresa SERTECPET
S.A., consiste en establecer el valor real de la empresa considerando todas
las actividades que esta realiza, lo cual permite utilizarlo como herramienta
para la incursión en el mercado financiero, lo que lograría aumentar el
número de inversionistas y aportaría a la expansión de la empresa. Para
poder establecer el valor económico y financiero de la empresa es
primordial conocer el negocio y su entorno, para poder establecer las
oportunidades y amenazas presentes en el mercado hidrocarburifero del
Ecuador, lo cual impulse al desarrollo empresarial de SERTECPET S.A. De
igual manera se realiza un anales del ambiente interno financiero, para
poder establecer las bases para estimar los flujos futuros de la empresa,
logrando obtener un valor aproximado del crecimiento de la misma, lo cual
permite establecer el valor presente de la empresa y por consiguiente de
sus acciones y participaciones, siendo una herramienta para la dirección y
accionistas.

ABSTRACT
This thesis work was developed in the company SERTECPET SA, it is to
establish the real value of the company considering all the activities that this
takes, which allows use as a tool for the raid in the financial market, which
achieved increasing the number investors and contribute to the expansion
of the company. In order to establish the economic and financial value of
the company it is essential to know the business and its environment, to
establish the opportunities and threats in the oil market of Ecuador, which
drives the business development of SERTECPET SA Likewise, an internal
environment of the financial records is done in order to establish the basis
for estimating future cash flows of the company, obtaining an approximate
value of growth of the same, which allows to establish the present value of
the company and therefore of its shares and, being a tool for management
and shareholders.
