Las claves han radicado en una climatología
muy favorable que permitió un excelente estado
vegetativo y sanitario del viñedo, con unos
rendimientos de producción muy moderados.
La vendimia se desarrolló entre la segunda semana
de septiembre y la última de octubre.
The excellent climate conditions during 2010 were
crucial in the quality of this vintage. An outstanding
vegetative evolution in the vines led to limited yield
during the harvest, which started on the second
week of September and ended on the last week of
October.
Tasting notes An intense red cherry colour with garnet undertones.
On the nose it is fresh and fruity, with candied notes.
Dense and ripe fruit on the palate, with morello and
plum tones. Very long lingering aftertaste.
Se obtuvieron uvas de gran calidad. Esta cosecha
puede convertirse en una de las históricas de
Rioja.
Nota de cata De intenso color rojo picota y tonos granates.
En nariz es fresco, goloso, con notas confitadas.
En boca es dulce y sabroso, con matices de
guindas y cerezas. Destaca por su largura y
untuosidad.
Pairing Great match with red meats, intense cheeses and
barbecues.
Maridaje El acompañante ideal de carnes rojas, quesos y
barbacoas o para disfrutarse por sí solo.

Su crianza de 16 meses en barricas de roble francés le
confiere un intenso color rojo con tonos picota. En nariz es
fresco y goloso con un paso por boca equilibrado, dulce
y sabroso. Rioja en estado puro.
