Disability Services at Massachusetts General Hospital
The MGH Disability Program supports our patients with disabilities.
Services include (but are not limited to):
 Meet with patients with disabilities, and their caregivers, to help plan
visits to Mass General
 Determine the accommodations needed
 Respond to concerns and suggestions about access
We encourage patients with disabilities to update their records and document
their disability by calling our Registration & Referral Center at 866-211-6588.
This program is part of the Office for Patient Advocacy. For more information,

To inform patients and visitors with disabilities about services available at MGH, the
Patient Information Card was developed in January. Cards are located will be
available at all ambulatory practices where patients can have access to them. If you
are interested in receiving these cards for your practice please contact Zary
Amirhosseini at 3-7148.
Programa de Discapacidad del Massachusetts General Hospital
El Programa de Discapacidad de MGH apoya a nuestros pacientes que
presentan alguna discapacidad.
Los servicios ofrecidos abarcan, entre otros:
• Reuniones con los pacientes con discapacidad y sus proveedores de
cuidado, para ayudar con la planificación de las visitas a Mass General.
• Determinar cuáles son los ajustes o adaptaciones necesarias.
• Responder a las inquietudes y sugerencias sobre la accesibilidad.
Animamos a los pacientes con discapacidad para que actualicen su registro
y documenten su discapacidad, llamando a nuestra Oficina de Registro y
Remisiones al 866-211-6588.
