Viajando a otra ciudad
Each group must look for images in the city that you have visited and create a google slide
presentation with name of city/country and images of places. No words other than name of city can
be on the slide. Each student will take one part of the trip and using pictures, describe what you have
done in an oral presentation.
EXAMPLES: Paris, Francia: Picture of the Eiffel Tower, “Hemos subido a la Torre Eiffel y hemos
aprendido que hay mas de 2.700 escalones en la torre.
Requirements:
Each group member must say at least 4 sentences with a verb in the present perfect. Everyone
picks a specific topic from your visit to talk about. i.e. the flight/arrival, eating, visiting a historical/
cultural site……
Use authentic images to back up your sentences. These should be cited. At least 2 per group
member depending on what you are saying.
All sentences must be memorized.
In your group you need to point out cultural differences. The verb llamar la atención (call
something to someones attention works well with this. ex. La siesta nos ha llamado la atención
en España debido a que las tiendas estaban cerradas a la una de la tarde.
You can use all the verbs that you wish, but the following are required.
Degustar, Visitar, Hacer, Tomar, Poder, Gustar,
Llamar la atención, Ver, Volver.
