Este complejo tiene 15 plantas y un total de 60 apartamentos, todos ellos de un dormitorio. Cuenta con un hall de entrada con dos ascensores, área de recepción 24h y un servicio de lavandería que funciona con fichas
(con cargo). Para aquellos que vienen en su propio coche, hay aparcamiento con plazas limitadas que serán otorgadas a la llegada, no pudiendo ser reservadas.
Los apartamentos están situados una zona muy animada en el area del Rincon de Loix en Benidorm, a escasos 200m de la Playa de Levante y a un 1km del centro de la ciudad. En las inmediaciones podrán encontrar
multitud de bares, restaurantes y discotecas. Todos los apartamentos son de un dormitorio disponen de balcón, una habitación con 2 camas y un sofá cama para 2 en el salón comedor. Todos vienen equipados con
baño, cocina equipada con mini­nevera, horno, tetera y los utensilios básicos para cocinar durante la estancia. En el salon, dispone de TV con algunos canales internacionales (con cargo).
Los apartamentos disponen de una piscina exterior para adultos y otra para niños, además de una terraza con tumbonas y sombrillas para el uso de los clientes (disponibilidad limitada). El Establecimiento no admite

IMPORTANT DECLARATION ABOUT GROUPS BY THE PROPERTY:
We want to remind you that we do not accept groups. We consider “group” a total of 5 apartments occupied by a maximum of 20 people, with the same reference number or the same name. We are forced to reserve us, not just the admission right, but also the right to reject bookings no later than 48 hours. If despite problems, a group is detected once customers arrive to our apartments, security deposit will be 150 € per person. This deposit will respond
not only for any damage in the apartments and common areas, but also damage for possible early cancellations or serious complaints from other guests. We consider reasons for eviction from the apartments and facilities (installations), in addition to those mentioned
above, any type of aggression, also verbal, to other clients and workers of the apartments. The entire group will be jointly responsible and will respond with all of the deposits collected. We ask for your collaboration in order to not be forced to take these sort of
measures, since we do not accept groups, by communicating your customers, clearly and specifically, these conditions in all sales channels, so that no uncomfortable situations occur to anyone by the time of arrival at the apartments . Besides, we ask for the
intermediation of your agency for relocation in other apartments or eviction, if necessary.
