La nueva Tolva en seco de 2
bocas TR2, responde a un nuevo
concepto de tolvas en seco ideal
para engordes (cebos).
Con la TR2, pretendemos ofrecer
al ganadero una tolva que viene
a ampliar la oferta en esta fase
productiva y mejorar muchas de
las características que tienen
otras tolvas de 2 bocas que hay
en el mercado.

El diseño de sus bocas en “V”, hace el acceso más cómodo, permitiendo comer a la vez 2
cerdos grandes sin problemas.
• FÁCIL REGULACIÓN CON LA TOLVA LLENA (RASERA SANDWICH)
El diseño exclusivo de la rasera, permite su regulación con la tolva llena de alimento. El
sistema denominado “sandwich” hace que el cierre no soporte presión por el alimento y
quede bloqueado.
• MAYOR DURABILIDAD EN OPTIMAS CONDICIONES
Al estar construido íntegramente en plástico (polipropileno de alta densidad) y acero
inoxidable, lo convierte en una tolva muy resistente al desgaste por el uso del animal y a los
agentes corrosivos y oxidantes (pienso y agua) durante mucho tiempo.
• MEJOR CAÍDA DEL ALIMENTO
Su especial diseño evita la acumulación del alimento y su apelmazamiento (especialmente
harinas), además de facilitar su deslizamiento interior.
• OPTIMIZA EL TRANSPORTE Y SU MONTAJE
Para optimizar el espacio en el transporte, la TR-2 se presenta apilada y paletizada.
• HIGIENE Y DESINFECCIÓN
La ausencia de rincones y la presencia de pies en la base de la tolva hacen más fácil para el
ganadero las tareas de limpieza y desinfección.
La ausencia de porosidad del material empleado, mantiene la higiene y garantiza una mejor
desinfección.

The V-shaped design of the feeding outlets makes access more comfortable, allowing two big
pigs to eat at the same time without problems.

The exclusive design of the slitegate allows the feeder to be adjusted when it is full of feed.
The so-called “sandwich” system means that the shutter does not have any pressure from the
feed.
• BETTER DURABILITY IN OPTIMUM CONDITIONS
Totally made of plastic (high-density polypropylene) and stainless steel, that makes the
feeder very resistant to wearing out from use by the animals and corrosive and oxidising
agents (feed and water) for a long time.
• BETTER FEED DROP
Its special design avoids feed accumulating and caking inside (especially mash), as well as
makes the feed slide better inside.
• OPTIMISING TRANSPORT AND MOUNTING
To optimise the transport space, the TR-2 is stacked and palletised.

The absence of corners and having feet on the base of the feeder makes it easier for the
farmer to clean and disinfect it.
