ES: En general, la isla de Lanzarote posee una vegetación
compuesta por especies adaptadas a vivir gran parte del año en
unas condiciones bastante duras debido a la sequía, el malpaís
y el viento. Por eso carece de plantas de carácter arbóreo a
excepción de la palmera. Entre las plantas más características
de esta tierra, destacamos las comunidades de verodes,
tabaibas y cardones.
ES: Las islas oceánicas se caracterizan por ser enclaves de
una elevada diversidad biológica. A partir de las especies
colonizadoras originales, y mediante procesos naturales
de diferenciación, se han desarrollado nuevas especies
capaces de ocupar nichos y hábitat vacantes, dando lugar
a la singular y rica flora que hoy reconocemos en el
archipiélago canario.
GB: In general, the island of Lanzarote has a vegetation
composed of species adapted to live most of the year in quite
harsh conditions due to drought, the badlands and wind.
Therefore it lacks plants of arboreal character except for the
palm tree. Among the most characteristic plants of this earth,
we highlight the communities verodes, tabaibas and cardones.
GB: The oceanic islands are characterized by enclaves of
high biodiversity. From the original colonizing species,
and though natural processes of differentiation, new
species able to occupy vacant niches and habitats have
developed, giving rise to the unique and rich flora that we
recognize today in the Canary Islands.
DE: Im Allgemeinen weist die Insel Lanzarote eine
Vegetation von Arten auf, die die meiste Zeit des Jahres in
ganz schwierigen Bedingungen leben können und an
Trockenheit, Wind und Ödländer angepasst sind. Deshalb
fehlen Bäume mit Ausnahme der Palmen. Aus den
charakteristischen Pflanzen dieser Erde heben wir die Gruppen
Verodes, Tabaibas und Cardones hervor.
DE: Die ozeanischen Inseln zeichnen sich durch Enklaven
hoher Artenvielfalt aus. Aus den ursprüglichen
kolonisierenden Arten und durch natürliche Prozesse der
Differenzierung haben sich neue Arten, die in der Lage
waren freie Nischen und Lebensräume zu besetzen,
entwickelt, was zu der einzigartigen und reichen Flora
führte, die wir heute auf den Kanarischen Archipels
erkennen.
