Living Stewardship Now Wealthy or not, there are many ways to share God’s blessings: Give away gently-used clothes and household items to local charities. Buy locally and support businesses in your neighborhood. Resist advertising; buy only as much as you need. Spend time with family and friends. Share non-perishable food with local food banks. Support your parish and good causes with your time and skills. Turn off the TV and try biking, hiking, fishing, reading, or just take a walk. Be good to the earth: Reduce waste, recycle, plant a garden. Copyright © 2009, World Library Publications. All rights reserved. The Parish School of Religion is in need of a person or persons willing to help sew simple costumes for a Christmas Program. If you would be able to volunteer for this project contact Mickie Morris at the parish center, 887-7821. May their families find comfort as a result of our prayer. WORRY Don’t tell me that worry doesn’t do any good. I know better. The things I worry about never happen.
