The medications listed below are covered by Prestige Health Choice’s Expanded Benefits plan.
Give the pharmacist the OTC medication from the store shelf and your Prestige ID card. Your
Prestige Health Choice Expanded Benefits plan provides a $25 OTC benefit per household, per
month, with a limit of $50 per year. Be sure to check with your doctor or pharmacist if you have
questions about OTC products or to see if an OTC medication may be right for you.
