Dear Sirs,
In compliance with the mandate of the General Ordinary Shareholder´s Meeting of
Prosegur Compañía de Seguridad, S.A., celebrated last 28 June 2010 on first call, a gross
dividend of 55,000,000 Euros corresponding to 2009 results will be distributed.
The last dividend payment correspondent to 25% of the gross dividend, amounting to
13,750,000 Euros (0.23054222 gross Euros per ordinary share, equivalents to 0.18673920
net Euros per share) should be made payable to the shareholders on 15 April 2011.
This payment of 13,750,000 Euros completes the 55,000,000 Euros approved by the
General Meeting.
The transaction payment bank will be Santander Investment, S.A.
For further information or additional clarification regarding the agreements of the General
Shareholders’ Meeting we are at your complete disposal.
