Manage class With Manage Class tab you can create, modify and export Class lists. This feature will enable you to create your classes beforehand, listing all students that should participate in that class. You can also keep records by exporting your class list. To create a Class Model 1. Click Manage Class in the Overall Function Bar. 2. Select New in the Class Management window. Note: When you created an account, “Class 1” will be selected by default. This can be deleted after you create more classes. 3. Name your class. The name you enter will be one shown on the System Login dialog 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. All students who are available will show in the list on the left-hand side. Select a student and click on >>> to add them to the new class. Select a student from the right-hand pane and click <<< to remove them from the class. Click OK. Once the class is created, it will appear in the list of class models To activate a class The newly created class is not active by default. To activate the class 1. 2. 3. 4. Click Manage Class in the Overall Function Bar. Select the class from the list of class models Click Activate Confirm activation of selected class and deactivation of currently active class by clicking Yes. Once the new class is active, all students in this class will appear in the Class Model area Note: You may only have one active class model at a time. To edit a Class Model 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Select Manage Class in the Overall Function Bar. Select the class you wish to edit from the Class Management dialog box. Select Edit. To change students in the class select them from Available Students list or Selected Students list and click >>> to add or <<< to remove them. To change the name of a class, enter the new name in the Class Name box. Click OK to confirm changes. To delete a Class Model 1. 2. 3. 4. Click Manage Class in the Overall Function Bar. Select the Class Model from the Class Management dialog box. Click Delete. Note: The class that needs to be deleted must be inactive. Click Yes to confirm deletion.
