What I Do Makes A Difference: Responsive
Caregiving that Supports Young Children’s Growth

and making the call. What can you do to support a child’s
development of independence to help children be ready for
school? Join Gwen Brown-Murray (CCRR) and explore the
possibilities. This seminar is not eligible for EIP. Please call

own. Join Gwen Brown-Murray (CCRR) as we examine the

Alone at the Top – A Day of Training Especially for
Center and School Age Care Administrators
What’s the Weather at Your Program? Looking at
Your Organizational Climate?
Early childhood and school age care administrators often have
the global impression that things are going well or not so well
in their program, but often lack specific feedback on just what
areas of the organization contribute to their impressions.
Spend the day examining why organizational climate is so
important. Learn how to gather data to measure and monitor
your program’s climate. Discuss ways to appreciate the
different perspectives of your teachers and support staff and
recognize the role you play in setting the stage for success.
You will leave with strategies and tools to guarantee “bright
and sunny days” ahead in this seminar based on the work of
Paula Jorde Bloom et. al., presented by Debbie Silver (CCRR).
Breakfast and lunch will be provided. You will receive 6
hours of training credit. This seminar is not eligible for

training and receive a certificate at the end of the seminar.
We must receive EIP award notification prior to the seminar or
full payment – cash, check, or credit card. Apply for EIP 3-4
weeks before the seminar. If you pay in advance, a refund will
be issued upon receipt of EIP award notification.
Please completely fill out a separate registration form for each
person and keep a copy for your records.
No phone registrations will be accepted without credit card
payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

certificate requested ($5 fee is waived for CCRR members).
You must arrive on time and remain for the entire seminar to
receive credit and a certificate. Doors will be locked 15 minutes
after the training starts. If you arrive after that, you will not be
allowed in. Please be on time.
Sometimes seminars take longer than anticipated and sometimes
they end early. CCRR will not change the time on the
certificates. So, if you get out a few minutes early, consider it a
gift of time. If the seminar takes longer than anticipated,
consider it a gift of knowledge!
SUNY Videos
Participants must arrive at 6:45pm. No one will be admitted
once the video begins (SUNY requirements).
American Red Cross Training
Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled
start time. American Red Cross policies do not allow us to admit
anyone once the training has begun.
CDA Renewal

pages 6 to 13 for $40! Co-workers, friends, and relatives may
register together and take advantage of this special offer. Or
you may register for 2 seminars yourself!
This only applies when 2 seminars are registered and paid for at
the same time. Otherwise, all seminars will remain $30 for
members and $70 for non-members, unless otherwise

The presence of children, including babies, at trainings is very
distracting. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN OF ANY AGE to
the seminars or videos. If your child accompanies you, you will
not be allowed to remain. We do not provide child care, nor do
we allow any children in the office while seminars are being
presented. While we understand that this may be a hardship,
please do not place us in a position where we have to deny you
access. Call (845) 425-0009 ext. 459 to find out what other kinds
of training opportunities are available to you.
