Research In Motion Limited o una de sus afiliadas (“RIM”) se complacen en ofrecerle a Usted
(lo que significa a usted en forma individual o, si está autorizado para adquirir el Software del
Cliente en representación de otra entidad, entonces Usted significa dicha entidad) sin costo
alguno, BlackBerry Quick Search powered by Google (el “Software del Cliente”). El Software
del Cliente es Software para Dispositivos Portátiles de BlackBerry cuya licencia se le otorga a
través de RIM, en virtud de los términos del Acuerdo de Licencia del Software BlackBerry
estándar (BlackBerry Software License Agreement, “BBSLA”). El Software para Dispositivos
Portátiles de BlackBerry, tal como se lo define en el BBSLA, incluye el software patentado de
RIM que se transmite, distribuye, o de alguna manera se ofrece periódicamente a través de RIM o
en su nombre, para su utilización en un Dispositivo Portátil, es decir que incluye este Software
del Cliente. Si Usted ya aceptó los términos y condiciones del BBSLA respecto del uso que
Usted le dé a Su Solución BlackBerry (tal como se lo define en el BBSLA), entonces esos
mismos términos y condiciones se aplicarán automáticamente al uso que Usted le dé al Software
del Cliente. SI USTED TODAVÍA NO HA ACEPTADO LOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
DEL BBSLA, AL HACER CLIC EN “ACEPTO” A CONTINUACIÓN, USTED ACEPTA
QUEDAR OBLIGADO POR LOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DEL BBSLA. SI NO
