SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
The abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee (SC) and the accepted abstracts will be
presented as posters.
The abstracts will be submitted exclusively through the website of the Symposium preferably in
English.
DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACTS: September 1st, 2016.
The ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION SYSTEM will be online FROM 1 JUNE ON
THE WEB
ABSTRACT
1. It must be written preferably in English and presented by one of the authors.
2. It will be received only in online format.
3. The presenter has to be registered at the Symposium by August 23th, 2016.
4. The abstract should contain:
4.1- Title. It must be representative of the content.
4.2- Authors: Immediately after the title the names of the authors and affiliations
Name (s), initial of the name / s of / the author (s) and will include a superscript number to
individualize the (s) institution (s) of ownership. Then the postal and electronic address of the main
author or to whom correspondence should be addressed

4.3- Abstract: Should not exceed 350 words and must contain:
Background; Objective; Materials and methods; Results; Conclusion.
These headings are not required for case reports.

About the Online Abstract Submission System
• The paper should be uploaded to the system by a responsible author (author who enters the paper
with his personal data), and should include the email address
• The secretariat will confirm reception of the abstract.
• The presenter should be underlined in the author list.
• Limit of authors for abstract: 8 (eight).
• All authors must be aware of the material submitted.
IMPORTANT
• The data in the abstract is responsibility of the responsible author.
• All notifications will be made by email to the responsible author´s e-mail. The SC is not responsible
for incorrect loading of these data and subsequent consequences that may occur in communication.
• Future publications or certificates will be printed with the data provided by the responsible author.
Please check the accuracy of the submitted data.
POSTERS INSTRUCTIONS

The date and time of the poster´s exhibition will be confirmed opportunely
The poster should be printed on paper (or other lightweight material) and will be stuck in a panel.
DIMENSIONS: 0.90 m (wide) and 1.50 m (high). The format must be vertical.
The poster should be clear and explicit, respecting the structure of the abstract. At the top will be
placed in separate lines the title, authors, and the institution. The font size must permit easy reading at
a distance of one meter.
REGLAMENTO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE RESÚMENES
Todos los trabajos serán evaluados por el Comité Científico (CC) del Simposio y los trabajos
ACEPTADOS se presentarán en modalidad POSTER.
Para que el trabajo sea evaluado se deberá enviar un resumen, ajustado al presente reglamento,
preferentemente escrito en inglés.
Los resúmenes serán presentados exclusivamente a través de la página web del Simposio.

2016.
EL SISTEMA DE ENVÍO DE ABSTRACTS ESTARÁ DIPONIBLE A PARTIR DEL 1 DE
JUNIO EN LA WEB
RESUMENES
1. Deben ser escritos preferentemente en inglés y presentados por uno de los autores.
2. Se recibirán únicamente en formato online.
3. El presentador del trabajo (es decir quien lo defienda oralmente) deberá estar inscripto en el
Simposio.
4- El Resumen debe contener:
4.1- Título. Debe ser representativo del contenido.
4.2- Autores: Inmediatamente después del título los nombres de los autores y las afiliaciones
Se incluirá Apellido(s), Inicial del Nombre/s del/los autor(es) y con un número en superíndice que
permita individualizar al pie la(s) institución(es) de pertenencia. Luego la dirección postal y
electrónica del autor principal o de aquel a quien deba dirigirse la correspondencia

4.3- Resumen: No debe exceder las 350 palabras y debe contener:
Antecedentes; Objetivo; Materiales y Métodos; Resultados; Conclusión.
Estos encabezados no se requieren para reportes de casos.
La concisión y claridad del resumen, son aspectos importantes en la evaluación. Los errores de
ortografía y tipográficos desmerecen su trabajo científico.
Puede incluir hasta 2 (dos) imágenes o tablas
Sobre el Sistema Online de Presentación de Resúmenes
 El trabajo será cargado al sistema por un Autor Responsable (es decir, el autor que ingrese el trabajo
junto con sus datos personales), quien deberá informar la dirección de correo electrónico en el sistema
de envío online
 La secretaría confirmará la recepción cuando finalicen el trabajo.
 El presentador del trabajo se seleccionará durante el proceso de carga.

 El límite máximo de autores para cada trabajo es de 8 (ocho).
 Todos los autores deben estar en conocimiento del material enviado.
IMPORTANTE
 El material enviado de cada trabajo es responsabilidad del AUTOR RESPONSABLE.
 Todas las notificaciones se realizarán por correo electrónico a la casilla del Autor Responsable. El
CC no se responsabiliza por la carga incorrecta de estos datos y las consecuencias posteriores que
pudieran producirse en la comunicación.
 Futuras publicaciones o certificaciones serán emitidas con los datos como han sido ingresados en el
sistema. Verifique la veracidad y exactitud de los datos enviados.
REGLAMENTO DE POSTERS
Los pósters permanecerán expuestos en fecha y horario a confirmar
El poster debe ser impreso en papel (u otro material liviano de fácil pegado) y será pegado en un
panel que el Comité pondrá a disposición de los autores.
MEDIDAS: 0,90 m de ancho por 1,50 m de altura. Su formato debe ser vertical.
El póster debe ser claro y explícito, respetando la estructura del resumen previamente enviado. En la
parte superior se colocarán en líneas separadas el título, los autores, y la institución donde fue
realizado. El tamaño de la tipografía debe permitir su fácil lectura a una distancia de un metro.
