This platform allows the authors to follow the process of their participation proposals once these are sent. Creating a user on the platform EasyChair This is the first step to enter the platform as a participant author for ISEA2017 call. Automatically, you’ll be directed to a new page. If so, simply ask the system to remind your password for that username. 2. Track selection When you enter to the page EasyChair for ISEA2017, you can click on the link “New Submission”, located in the upper left corner of the menu bar. Before submitting your abstract and paper, you must choose the track to the corresponding paper. Sending the proposal Follow the instructions on the screen and complete all the required information. When you have filled all (including “Abstract”) you must load the abstract on the same page and attach the paper in “uploads”. In case of several authors, you can add ( “Add new author”) or delete (by clicking “X”); then update the order of authors selecting the “Reorder authors” button. At the end of the submission process (a new post or updating an earlier), you will receive a confirmation message. When the review process is completed, you will receive a e-mail notification of acceptance or rejection of the paper. EasyChair permite que los autores puedan hacer seguimiento a sus propuestas de participación una vez estas son enviadas. Seleccione “create an account” para crear una cuenta. Será dirigido automáticamente a una nueva página. Llene el cuadro de texto con las palabras o números de la imagen que aparece justo encima y haga clic en “Continue”. A continuación, siga las instrucciones en la pantalla y llene los datos. Haga clic en “Continue”. Después de registrarse, recibirá un mensaje en su correo electrónico. Use el enlace que encontrará en el mensaje para continuar con el proceso de creación de cuenta. Selección de track Cuando ingrese a la página de EasyChair para ISEA2017, puede hacer clic en el enlace “New Submission”, que se encuentra en la esquina superior izquierda de la barra de menú. Antes de enviar su resumen y ponencia, debe elegir el track al que corresponde su ponencia. Envío de la propuesta de participación antes del 21 de noviembre de 2016 Siga las instrucciones que aparecen en pantalla y complete toda la información requerida. Cuando haya llenado todo (incluyendo el “Abstract‟) debe cargar el resumen en la misma página y adjuntar la ponencia en “uploads”. Luego haga clic en el botón “Submit” para finalizar el envío del resumen. www.isea2017.isea-international.org www.festivaldelaimagen.com 14 - Design - Art - Science - Technology - - Bio - Creation - peace - VI INTERNATIONAL IMAGE FESTIVAL FRANCIA GUEST COUNTRY XXIII INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON ELECTRONIC ARTX June 11 - 18 2017 Manizales - Colombia Cuando haya terminado de enviar el resumen y la ponencia, puede verificar la información suministrada y realizar cambios, si lo considera necesario. ● Actualizar la información de su envío: Elija “Update information” del menú de la derecha en la pantalla de envíos; corrija la información apropiada y haga clic en el botón “Change Information” para guardar los cambios. ● Actualizar la información del autor para el envío: Elija “Update authors” del menú de la derecha en la pantalla de envíos; corrija la información sobre el autor y haga clic en “save”. En caso de haber varios autores, puede agregar (“Add new author”) o suprimirlos (haciendo clic en “X”); luego actualice el orden de los autores seleccionando el botón “Reorder authors”. Al finalizar el proceso de envío (un envío nuevo o la actualización de uno anterior), recibirá un mensaje de confirmación. Cuando el proceso de revisión haya sido completado, recibirá por correo electrónico una notificación de aceptación o rechazo de la ponencia.
