PROTOCOLO PARA PAREJAS DIVORCIADAS
1.- El padre o madre que tenga la custodia del alumno, se obliga a así notificarlo por
escrito al colegio, anexando una copia de la resolución judicial correspondiente y
manifestando en dicho escrito el nombre de la persona o personas autorizadas a las
que se les podrá entregar el alumno.
2.- En caso de que al padre o madre que tenga la custodia, ésta le sea revocada, el
diverso padre o madre a quién se le otorgue, se obliga a así notificarlo por escrito al
colegio, anexando una copia de la resolución judicial correspondiente y
manifestando en dicho escrito el nombre de la nueva o nuevas personas autorizadas
a las que se les podrá entregar el alumno.
3.- En todos los casos en los que persona distinta a las autorizadas de acuerdo a lo
citado en los puntos anteriores pretenda recoger al alumno, se procederá de la
siguiente forma:
a.- El personal encargado del colegio le explicará el por que no se le puede
entregar el alumno de acuerdo a lo estipulado en los puntos anteriores.
b.- Avisar de inmediato al padre o madre que cuente con la custodia de acuerdo
a la notificación recibida por parte del mismo.
c.- En caso de considerarlo necesario por temor a que exista violencia o agresión
contra el personal del colegio, avisar de inmediato a las autoridades (policía
municipal).
PROTOCOL FOR DIVORCED PARENTS

3. - in all the cases in those that person different to those authorized according to that
mentioned in the previous points seeks to pick up the student, you will come in the
following way:
a. - The personnel in charge of the school will explain to him the one for that the
student cannot be given according to that specified in the previous points.
b. - to Warn to the father or mother that it has the custody according to the
notification received on the part of the same one immediately.
c. - in the event of considering it necessary fearing that exists violence or
aggression against the personnel of the school, to warn immediately to the authorities
(municipal police).
