Face to Face Training Programme on Active Ageing was developed to address the needs of older adults 55+. All the available research and evidence has been used by the authors so that the Programme might reflect good practices. The training is conducted in modules and comprises at least 30 hours of classes. The aim of the classes is to consolidate the participants’ skills - their knowledge, abilities, and good practices. In the training, it is also essential to discuss and analyze one's concerns, problems, prospects related to ageing. The training is devised in such a way as to give each participant something for themselves, by participation in open discussions and sharing their thoughts on the discussed subjects.
