CAPTOR-S V2 is our second generation of data collection systems. It is
a system making the data collection
easier. It can be used on existing
checking fixtures, no matter which
company produced them, with the
only condition that they must be
equipped with dial indicator housings.
A Bluetooth transmitter sends the value measured by the
dial indicator to the PDA or to the PC.

Description
It consists of a Bluetooth unit adapted on a dial indicator. This unit gets
connected to a PDA or PC equipped with the CAPTOR-S V2 Software and
sends it wireless the measured value. The value will be saved automatically
e.g. with the hour, date and username. It provides comparison in real time
with the former measurements, indication of conformity of the measured
point (in/out of tolerance) and Cpk calculation on the PDA/PC display. By
configurable data export sheets data can be export in Excel or Q-DAS
format.

Description
CAPTOR-S V2 PRO is an extension of the software CAPTOR-S V2
which provides more functions:
• Remote activation of one or more dial indicators: possibility to
activate the dial indicator from the PDA/PC.
• Continuous measurement during a defined time period e.g.
measurement during a lapse of 10 sec. every 0.4 sec.
• Setup of calculation formulas for the measured points: sum,
subtraction, division, multiplication, average, min/max value, error.
• Multiple-Indicator: Allows as many digital indicators to be added to
measure program and activate them instantly.
