After-School Violin Classes (Grades 3 & 4)

The classes are from 3:30-4:20 pm on the following days:
Mondays: Smithland
Wednesdays: Stone Spring, Waterman
Thursdays: Keister
Orientation is at EMU Wednesday, September 17 at 6:30pm.
Classes will begin the week of September 22.

If yes, then you pay $50 for the year. This fee includes the classes and an instrument!

___ My child is eligible for reduced lunch at school? You pay $75 tuition for the year of classes (does
not include an instrument). However, you are eligible to rent an instrument through EMU for

___ My child is not eligible for free or reduced lunch. Therefore, I understand that I am responsible for
providing the instrument. (Instrument information will be available at Orientation). The tuition
for the year of classes is $75.

___ I qualify for reduced lunch and would like to rent a violin through EMU. I have enclosed $35 ($15
deposit for the class and $20 for the violin) and will make 4 additional monthly payments of $15
each for the class OR $95 (total cost of classes & the violin)
___ I am not renting a violin through EMU and have enclosed $15 deposit for the class. I will make 4
additional monthly payments of $15 each in November, January, February, March).
