El calibrador es estable hasta fecha de caducidad si se mantiene a 2-8ºC,
protegido de la luz y de contaminaciones. No debe congelarse.

Producto de diagnóstico in Vitro.
Los productos de origen humano han sido analizados y no se han encontrado
HBsAg ni anticuerpos contra HCV ni HIV. Manipular este material como
potencialmente infeccioso.
El reactivo contiene Azida sódica. Evítese cualquier contacto con piel y
membranas. No ingerir.
Deben tomarse las precauciones necesarias en el uso de reactivos de laboratorio
clínico.
Deben seguirse las disposiciones locales para la gestión de residuos.

CARACTERÍSTICAS:
El kit de calibración multiparamétrico de Gernon se emplea en la calibración de
metódicas de proteínas.
El calibrador multiparamétrico de 4 niveles es un fluido biológico de origen
humano diluido en tampón HEPES (pH 7.4) y contiene estabilizantes y
conservantes (ázida sódica < 1 g/L) además de las siguientes proteínas humanas:
Albúmina,
alfa-1-antitripsina,
alfa-1-glucoproteina,
alfa-2-macroglobulina,
antitrombina III, complemento C3, complemento C4, ceruloplasmina,
haptoglobina, IgA, IgG, IgM, prealbúmina y transferrina.
Los valores han sido asignados a partir de la referencia CRM 470.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
For in vitro single diagnostic use.
Products from human source were tested and found free from HBsAg and
antibodies to HCV and HIV but this material should be treated just as carefully as
potentially infective.
Products containing sodium azide have to be handled with care; avoid ingestion
and contact with skin and mucous membranes.
Refer to the safety data sheets and take the necessary precautions for the use of
laboratory reagents.
Refer to local legal requirements for waste management.
CHARACTERISTICS:
The purpose of Gernon multiparametric calibration kit is the calibration of protein
methods.
The 4 levels multiparametric calibration kit is a human biological fluid diluted in
HEPES pH 7.4 buffer containing stabilisers, sodium azide (<1 g/L) as preservative
and the following human proteins:
Albumin, alpha-1 antitrypsin, alpha-1 glycoprotein acid, alpha-2 macroglobulin,
antithrombin III, complement C3, complement C4, ceruloplasmin, haptoglobin,
IgA, IgG, IgM, prealbumin and transferrin.
The values were assigned according to reference CRM 470.
