Accommondation Plan Selection
1. Living On Campus—dormitories in Beiyuan
Accommondation fee for one semester:
Single room: 90 RMB per night
Double room: 60 RMB per night
A deposit of 800 RMB should be made to a specific bank account before coming so
the room can be booked.
2. Tonghe Apartments:
There is a second option in case there is no more room in the Beiyuan dormitories (the official
dormitories from Fudan University) they are called Tonghe Apartments. They are located
right in front of the Beiyuan dormitories.
The characteristics of these apartments are:
Single Room (it’s a normal apartment with 3 rooms, the rooms are rented separately,
and the 3 students share the kitchen and living room )
3 bedrooms (Room A, Room B, Room C), one bathroom, one living room, and a kitchen.
Note: Each room is one setter and its considered as a single room.
The prices are:
In building 2-4 , room A is 70yuan/day room B is 60yuan/day room C is
50yuan/day
In building 13-16 ,room A is 70yuan/day room B is 60yuan/day room C is
60yuan/day
Some apartment has 2 rooms and room A has the bathroom inside, it is
80yuan/day; room B is 70yuan/day.
The deposit is 1000yuan
The difference between the prices of the rooms is because the rooms are different sizes.

This Rainbow City is highly recommanded by the Mexician students.
BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Rainbow City is located in Lin Ping
Road. The environment is quite nice, It
offers a lot of facilities in the compound,
such as gym center, swimming pool,
supermarket
and
so
on.
The
transportation is convenient. It’s near
Metro Line 4 (Ling Ping Road).
furthermore it takes only several minutes
to the Bund by car.
APARTMENT STRUCTURE
The structure of the apartment in the
rainbow city is quite good as shown in
the left picture.
Generally, it only costs RMB 5500 for
one-month rent of an apartment with 2
bedrooms.

KIC Village, on the west of KIC

¿Qué opciones tengo para vivir en China?
Se tienen 2 opciones: hospedarse en las residencias universitarias, muy recomendable si se
desea tener una experiencia más internacional y de mayor aprendizaje cultural. La otra opción
es alquilar departamento, opción recomendable si se desea mayor privacidad y si se desea
vivir cerca de algún lugar en específico
Las personas que rentan el departamento por lo general te piden dos meses de renta y 2 de
depósito, se puede negociar a que sólo sea un mes de depósito y dos de renta. Si lo rentas a
través de una agencia te van a cobrar un 35% de comisión de un mes de renta que a veces
una parte lo pagas tu y otras el dueño del departamento o a veces tu lo pagaras todo,
dependiendo de la negociación.
Lo mas recomendable es que una vez que estén aquí busquen departamentos, para que vean
tanto el departamento como al dueño y se aseguren de que ambos existan.
