International Competitive Bidding requesting counter-proposals for
development of 6.84 sq.km startup area in Amaravati, the greenfield capital
of Andhra Pradesh, India
Dear sir/madam,
"Amaravati" is being developed as a greenfield capital city (217 sq. km.) for the
newly formed state of Andhra Pradesh, India. As part of the development of the
greenfield capital city, the Government of the state of Andhra Pradesh has
received a proposal, for development of 6.84 sq Km of startup area, within the
SEED capital area of the Amaravati from a Singaporean consortium of AscendasSingbridge Pte. Ltd. and Sembcorp Development Ltd. under the Swiss Challenge
approach. The Government of Andhra Pradesh, through Andhra Pradesh Capital
Region Devleopment Authority (APCRDA) is inviting competitive counter proposals
through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) for the said proposal.
The RFP document along with Singapore Consortium’s Proposal and Draft
Contract Agreements may be accessed at
www.apeprocurement.gov.in starting from 15:00 hrs (IST) on 18-Jul-2016, subject
to the terms set out therein. Bids are required to be submitted on the same portal.
The last date for submission of bids is 15:00 Hrs (IST) on 01-Sep-2016. More
details are available in the 2 attachments.

de 6,84 km cuadrados área de inicio en Amaravati, la capital greenfield de
Andhra Pradesh, India
Estimado señor/señora,
"Amaravati" se está desarrollando como una ciudad capital greenfield (217 sq.
Km.), para el recién creado Estado de Andhra Pradesh, India. Como parte del
desarrollo de la ciudad capital greenfield, el Gobierno del estado de Andhra
Pradesh ha recibido una propuesta para el desarrollo de 6.84 Km cuadrados de
zona de inicio, dentro del área capital semilla de Amaravati de un consorcio
singapurense de Singbridge Ascendas Pte. Ltd. y Sembcorp Development Ltd.
bajo el enfoque suizo. El Gobierno de Andhra Pradesh, a través de la Autoridad de
Desarrollo Andhra Pradesh Región Capital, (APCRDA) invita a presentar
propuestas competitivas a través de Licitación Pública Internacional (ICB por sus
siglas en inglés) para dicha propuesta.
