Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados as deal counsel has helped Banco Hipotecario issue notes worth 469
million Argentine pesos (US$33 million).
Banco Hipotecario, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Nuevo Banco
de Santa Fe and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) acted as placement agents for the deal,
which closed on 18 May. Zang Bergel is regular counsel in Banco Hipotecario debt offerings, most recently helping the bank tap the
