Product Description
avanPVPP BEER is an active component develop for their use in beer.
This product is specially formulated for eliminate dimethylsulfide (DMS) without any
additional product, evaporation, etc .It allows destroying some not desired flavours
and aromas such as sulfur odours, light taste, bread odour, rubber odour and other not
desired aroma that appears in during the fermentation and production of beer.
Their use in mg/l combined with conventional PVPP produces a small impact on price
(from 1 to 0,2 c$/l).
It´s also indicated for the treatment and prevention of reduction flavorings in its various
forms, being suitable for the treatment of hydrogen sulfide and sulfur volatile, of low
molecular weight, such as diethyl disulfide, methionol, dimethyl disulfide, ethyl
mercaptan, and other sulfur compounds.
Directions
Dissolve product in 10 times its weight in beer, add the volume to be treated so that the
liquid is perfectly homogenized.
Add to the tank and homogenize carefully.
Treatment period: 7 days.
After the treatment period the beer filtration must be done to remove PVPP.
Dosage
The mean dose of employment varies between 2 and 20g / Hl, depending of the
correction severity.
Maximum dose: 20 g / Hl.
This product can be used associated with PVPP with the condition that the sum of both
components does not exceed the maximum dose of 25 g / Hl.

Solid, pale cream color.
Conservation
Store in its original full container, unopened, originally closed, shielded from ligth, in a
dry and odor free place. Avoid extremes temperature.
Once opened, use rapidly.
