PERIODOS DE SOLICITUD:
1r Semestre: del 1 de Marzo al 15 de Mayo
2º Semestre: del 1 de Octubre al 15 de Noviembre o del 1 de Marzo al 15
de Mayo, cualquiera de los dos períodos según te convenga.*
*Los alumnos de Medicina, tanto del primer semestre como del segundo,
deberán rellenar la solicitud del 1 de marzo al 15 de mayo obligatoriamente.
La solicitud para el programa Propi SOLAMENTE estará abierta en estas fechas.
Si entras fuera de estas fechas, el programa Propi NO aparecerá disponible y la
solicitud no quedará registrada ni aparecerá en nuestro sistema, por lo que no
será considerada.
PROCEDIMIENTO:

solicitud Erasmus. Es importante que los estudiantes introduzcan los
datos correctamente, dado que éstos se utilizarán para emitir la carta de
aceptación.
Si olvidas tu número de usuario (NIU) o password puedes consultarlo en:

La foto que puedes descargar en tu solicitud se utilizará para tu carnet de
estudiante y tiene que tener un formato jpg con 176x220 pixels y, si es posible,
con un fondo blanco. La foto tiene que ser apropiada como las que utilizarías
para tu pasaporte o tarjeta de crédito. La foto no es imprescindible, si no
puedes incluirla en tu solicitud, a tu llegada a la UAB te harán una para tramitar
tu carnet de estudiante.
Una vez completados el proceso de registro y solicitud, esta oficina emitirá las cartas
de aceptación e invitación de sus estudiantes y las enviará, junto con una carta de
información.Tened en cuenta que el proceso de aceptación y envío de las cartas
puede tardar entre 1 y 2 semanas.

APPLICATION PERIODS:
1st Semester or the whole academic year: From 1st March to 15th May
2nd Semester: From 1st October to 15th November or from 1st March to
15th May, any of the two periods at your best convenience.*
*Students coming to the Faculty of Medicine for either first or second semestre
will compulsorily have to apply from 1st March to 15th May.
The application for the Propi programme will be open in these dates ONLY. If you
enter out of these periods, the Propi programme will not appear and your
application will not be register in our system and will not be considered.
PROCEDURE:
You will have to complete the following process at http://sia.uab.cat/
1. REGISTER AND APPLICATION FORM You have to obtain an
usernumber (NIU) and generate a password in http://sia.uab.cat/
"Sign in and Application form INcoming students". At the end of this
first step it will appear a number Please, write down or print the
number WHICH WILL APPEAR IN THE SCREEN at the end of this
process, since you will need it in the following step.
With both, usernumber (NIU) and your password, you will have to submit
the application form. It is important to fill in your data correctly, since
these will be used for your acceptance letter.
If you forget your user (NIA) or password, you can check it
in:
“Forgotten your user (NIA) or password?”
The photo you can download in your application will be used for your student
card and has to be in jpg format, with 176 * 220 pixels and, if possible, with a
white back. It is well-understood that the photo has to be appropriately sized, as
if it was for a passport or credit card. The picture is not mandatory to finish your
application. If you can not download it, we will take a picture of you on your
arrival at the University to process your student card.
Once you have submitted your application form, this office will issue the acceptance
letter along with a letter of information. Notice that the acceptance process might take 1
or 2 weeks.
