This final work degree is based on the knowledge of the International Cooperation
world for the development which shows us the wide range of themes and the
collaborators agents of the public and private sphere which take part in a national
and international way for improving the personal, social and economic situation of
millions of citizens in the world, and weight up the Human Development with a
approach much more humanistic and socialistic in the bilateral relationships
between the North countries and the South countries. In the same way, it´s tackled

the evolution of the Development Concept from an economical point of view to a
sustainable perception and as the Upbringing and the increase Sensitivity means
to discover the needs of South countries.
This work introduces a theoretical part of development with the bibliographical
references and another practical part based on a project of the social sensitivity in
the education world.
