Objective
Generar un espacio que facilite el acceso y la participación en actividades que fortalezcan el desarrollo
personal y habilidades ocupacionales en la inclusión y sostenimiento laboral de los/as adultos/as en
condición de discapacidad cognitiva leve o moderada que pertenecen al club de emprendedores de la
asociación proactiva.

La población que conforma el club de emprendedores, actualmente son 49 adultos-as, de los cuales 29
corresponden al género masculino y 19 de género femenino. Esta población se encuentra ubicada en
diferentes localidades de la ciudad de bogota Colombia y se caracterizan por su condición de fragilidad y
vulnerabilidad social, familiar y económica, pertenecen a estrato socioeconomico 1 y 2.
Cada adulto-a cuenta con un sistema familiar caracterizado por padres adultos mayores, donde estos
quedan con la responsabilidad de sus hijos en condición de discapacidad, por tal razón se ha evidenciado
que en el momento en que los adultos-as se vinculan laboralmente, se genera un cambio de roles, en donde
estos pasan a sostener el núcleo familiar, rompiendo con esquemas determinados por la familia y la
sociedad.
En su gran mayoría los jovenes que participan en este proyecto provienen de proyectos de la Secretaria
Distrital de Integración Social, como el proyecto 501 "Adultez con oportunidades" y de Instituciones
Educativas Distritales Integradas. El cual trabaja en el desarrollo de competencias ocupacionales básicas e
importantes para lograr los procesos de vinculación laboral, este programa brinda las condiciones de un
ambiente real de trabajo. Lo cual permite que los adultos/as desarrollen habilidades y conductas acordes con
un ambiente socio laboral.

el proyecto realiza actividades encaminadas a la preparación y vinculación laboral del jovenes en condición
de discapacidad cognitiva se potencializan habilidades y competencias que les permiten adaptarse y
mantenerse en el ámbito laboral hasta que cuenta con herramientas de autosostenibilidad que reduzcan
paulatinamente los apoyos externos

Strategies or methodology applied

Partir de la investigación, la experiencia de trabajo y la interdisciplinariedad de sus integrantes plantea una
metodología participativa de intervención denominada el Sistema Organizacional Social, a partir de la
intersección del enfoque sistémico y la Administración/Planeación, para generar procesos de desarrollo
social sostenibles, la metodología contempla las necesidades y posibilidades reales de la población, el
entorno, los aspectos directos e indirectos, la corresponsabilidad, el trabajo en equipo, con el fin de crear
unidad, fomentar el respeto por las identidades/la diferencia y fomentar la confianza en las instituciones con
el fin de aportar en la creación de sociedades más incluyentes. El impacto del Sistema Organizacional Social
se basa en la relación construida entre el aprendizaje social y la administración sistémica de los recursos,
tanto materiales como inmateriales, lo que infunde la posibilidad de comprender y actuar paralelamente en
las organizaciones humanas.
El método para la elaboración del modelo conceptual, consiste en una interpretación de planteamientos del
Pensamiento y Enfoque Sistémico y Enfoques de la administración, desde la perspectiva que acoge a las
organizaciones como totalidades complejas y dinámicas, donde se reconoce la importancia del recurso
humano como capital social. Esta actividad interpretativa consiste en indagar alrededor de la noción de
totalidad compleja dinámica, entendiéndola como un tejido conceptual que esta relacionada con el fenómeno
de las organizaciones humanas. El tejido resultante es el modelo conceptual y metodológico de sistema
organizacional social (SOS).
El Sistema Organizacional Social es una metodología alternativa que integra dos componentes, desde el
área psicosocial y el área administrativa, que comprende la intervención en comunidades desde los
procesos y no sólo desde los productos. La estrategia metodológica comprende fases y etapas en las que se
desarrolla toda la propuesta.
El Sistema Organizacional Social SOS parte del desarrollo de procesos como la intersección entre el
enfoque sistémico y la planeación, en donde cada uno de sus componentes hace parte importante del
sistema y cada uno aporta en el desarrollo del producto final, evitando los cuellos de botella en un constante
mejoramiento continuo, esta propuesta contempla el entorno de la población o grupo objetivo que se va
intervenir, desde aspectos directos o internos e indirectos o externos que puedan influir en el desarrollo del
mismo, se implementa a partir de varias fases en las que se inicia con el diagnóstico – pronóstico que brinda
la información real del contexto a intervenir, sigue con un proceso psicosocial que permite contemplar la
esencia de los seres humanos y fortalecer los procesos que garanticen el compromiso individual y colectivo
del grupo en la sostenibilidad futura de los resultados de la intervención, paralelamente se desarrolla en
proceso de formación humana con ejes temáticos relacionados con las problemáticas, que agrega o aporta
herramientas a la población en su proceso de cualificación individual, todo esta metodología está
transversalmente cruzada por la sistematización a partir de desarrollo social.
