1. OBJETIVO.
1. OBJECTIVE.
El propósito de la presente AIC es informar a
los operadores aéreos (AO), así como a los
controladores de tránsito aéreo (ATC), las
disposiciones con respecto a la selección y/o
cambio del aeródromo de alternativa de
destino.

URGENCIA o EMERGENCIA, la cual deberá
ser declarada expresamente por la
tripulación. No obstante lo anterior, será
potestativo del operador y/o tripulación
tomar la decisión de modificar el destino
como alterno, bajo las circunstancias
descritas en el numeral siguiente.

3.1 Se encuentra PROHIBIDO el cambio de
destino consignado en el plan de vuelo

tripulaciones de vuelo podrán apartarse
de esta disposición cuando la aeronave
presente, y se notifique al ATC, que tiene

de
URGENCIA
o
EMERGENCIA, Condiciones Meteorológicas
Adversas o Técnicas, en cuyo caso, la
tripulación podrá dirigirse a un aeródromo
apropiado siempre que dicho aeródromo
esté dentro del rango de combustible de
la aeronave.
