GUIDELINES I Guidelines / Utilisation de la marque DAKAR La marque dénominative Dakar et le logo Dakar sont la propriété exclusive d’A.S.O.. L’utilisation de la dénomination et du logo Dakar est strictement limitée à l’utilisation faite par l’organisateur, les partenaires de l’épreuve et les licenciés autorisés, dans les conditions des présentes et du règlement de l’épreuve. DEFINITIONS CONSTRUCTEUR: constructeur d’automobiles/motos/quads/camions participant à l’édition 2017 du Dakar au travers d’un TEAM et souhaitant communiquer sur sa marque dans le cadre de sa participation à l’édition 2017 du Dakar. PROMOTION: mise en valeur. INVITE: personne invitée par un TEAM à assister à tout ou partie de l’édition 2017 du Dakar. TEAM: formation constituée pour participer à l’édition 2017 du Dakar, en conformité avec le règlement de la course. Cette formation regroupe un ou plusieurs pilotes et co-pilotes ainsi que tous éventuels personnels d’assistance dédiés (manager, directeur sportif, mécanicien, soigneur, etc…), tous officiellement inscrits ou candidats à l’inscription, au 1er novembre 2016, pour concourir sur l’édition 2017 du Dakar, avec des véhicules de compétition et d’assistance dédiés, inscrits ou candidats à l’inscription, au 1er novembre 2016, pour concourir sur l’édition 2017 du Dakar, sous une même dénomination particulière choisie par le TEAM. Le TEAM est enregistré auprès d’ASO sous cette dénomination et est associé à un structure juridique domiciliée au lieu indiqué lors de l’inscription du TEAM. El uso de la denominación y del logotipo Dakar está estrictamente limitado al uso por el organizador, los patrocinadores de la prueba y los licenciados autorizados, en las condiciones de las presentes y del reglamento de la prueba. DEFINICIONES CONSTRUCTOR: constructor de automóviles/motos/quads/camiones que participa a la edición 2017 del Dakar a través de un TEAM y que desee comunicar sobre su marca acerca de su participación a la edición 2017 del Dakar. PROMOCION: puesta en valor. INVITADO: persona invitada por un TEAM para asistir a todo o parte de la edición 2017 del Dakar. TEAM: formación constituida para participar a la edición 2017 del Dakar, de conformidad con el reglamento de la carrera. Dicha formación designa a uno o varios pilotos y co-pilotos junto con todo eventual personal de asistencia dedicado (manager, director deportivo, mecánico, entrenador, etc…), todos oficialemente inscriptos o candidatos a la inscripción, al 1 de Noviembre de 2016, para competir en la edición 2017 del Dakar, con vehículos de carrera y de asistencia dedicados, inscriptos o candidatos a la inscripción al 1 de Noviembre de 2016, para competir en la edición 2017 del Dakar, bajo una misma denominación particular elegida por el TEAM. El TEAM está registrado en lo de ASO bajo dicha denominación y está asociado con una entidad jurídica domiciliada en el sitio mencionado en el momento de la inscripción del TEAM. Use of the Dakar name and logo is exclusive to the organizer, the event’s sponsors and the authorized licensees, under the terms and conditions of the present document and of the event regulations. DEFINITIONS MANUFACTURER: automobiles/motos/quads/camions manufacturer taking part in the 2017 annual of the Dakar through a TEAM and willing to communicate through its trademark on its participation to the 2017 annual of the Dakar. PROMOTION: enhancement. GUEST: person invited by a TEAM to attend all or part of the 2017 annual of the Dakar. TEAM: formation set up in order to take part in the 2017 annual of the Dakar, under the terms and conditions of the event regulations. Such formation gathers one or more pilots and co-pilots along with any possible dedicated assistance members (manager, sporting director, mechanic, trainer, etc…), all officially registered or aplicants to registration as of 1 Novembre 2016, to compete in the 2017 annual of the Dakar, with competition vehicles and dedicated assistance vehicles, officially registered or applicants to registration as of 1 Novembre 2016, in order to compete in the 2017 annual of the Dakar, under one same specific name chosen by the TEAM. The TEAM is registered with ASO under such name and associated with a legal entity domiciled in the place specified at the time of the TEAM registration.
