cloves
Kilos of sugar
litre of Louit vinegar - tarragon wine vinegar
Preparation
Make the pickling solution by combining the sugar, vinegar and
cloves. Bring to a low boil (for 30 to 40 minutes approximately).
Peel the tomatoes and boil them in the solution for 20 minutes
on the first day, 15 minutes on the second day and 15 minutes
on the third. Cooking time is to be measured from the moment
the solution starts to boil
