In order to achieve a successful and sustainable partnership, the University of Regina (Regina, Saskatchewan,
Canadá) and Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (Lima, Perú) (hereinafter jointly referred to as "the
Parties") endorse this Memorándum of Understanding.
Both Parties will make every reasonable effort to encourage direct contact, educational, and research
cooperation between their constituents, including students, faculty members, departments, and research
institutes, and will endeavour to cooperate in the fields with which both Parties are concerned. Within spheres
that are mutually agreed to, the Parties agree on the following general forms of cooperation:

Exchange of academic materials and academic publications;
Exchange of faculty members for research, lectures, and discussions;
Exchange of students for study and research.

UNIVERSITY OF
REGINA
Con el objeto de lograr una asociación exitosa y sostenible, la Universidad de Regina (Regina, Saskatchewan,
Canadá] y la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (Lima, Perú) (en lo sucesivo denominados como "las
partes") firman este Memorándum de entendimiento.
Las partes realizarán todos los esfuerzos posibles para promover el contacto directo, la cooperación educativa y
de investigación entre sus constituyentes, incluyendo estudiantes, profesores, departamentos
y centros de
investigación, y se esforzarán en cooperar en los campos de interés de ambas partes. Dentro de los campos de
acción aprobados mutuamente, las partes acuerdan llevar a cabo las siguientes formas generales de
cooperación:

Actividades conjuntas de educación e investigación;
Intercambio de material académico y de publicaciones académicas;
Intercambio de profesores para investigación, conferencias y discusiones;
Intercambio de estudiantes para perfeccionarse en el estudio y la investigación.

Este Memorándum de entendimiento permanecerá valido por un periodo de dos (2) años a partir de la fecha en
que se firmó.
EN FE DE LO CUAL, los abajo firmantes, debidamente autorizados por sus respectivas instituciones, han firmado y
sellado el presente Memorándum de entendimiento.
La traducción de este Memorándum al español se hace con el único fin de facilitar la comprensión. En caso de
haber diferencias entre las versiones de inglés y español, la versión inglesa prevalecerá.
