Level 2
Game play follows the same pattern, except that this time
Maggie and you are looking for related items instead of
exact matches. Players must match the correct object
with the character. For example: the mechanic with his
wrench; the fireman with his hose. (See the complete list
above.)

Maggie has a secret: she knows where all the matching
pairs are! Players flip over cards trying to find each pair,
and get to use Maggie as their little helper. With two
levels of play, Matchin’ with Maggie will teach players not
only the valuable tools of memory and matching, but also
how to keep a secret!
Note to parents: With two levels of play for different
maturity and age levels, playing Matchin’ with Maggie is
fun that helps to foster your child’s memory and matching
skills. Your child may use the game in different ways. To
play with you as his/her guide is a great way to spend
time together and you will see how his/her thinking will
grow. Eventually, your child can play with other kids, and
learn to respect turn-taking, sharing and rules!
Set Up:
Before you begin play, you may want to review the items
on the cards with your children. Whether you are playing
Level 1 or 2, it would help to familiarize them with the
items and characters they are trying to match!
Note the matching items:
With the help of Maggie, be the first player to find
3 matches.
Let’s Play:
Level 1
Youngest player starts by randomly flipping over two
cards. If there is no exact match of the objects on the
cards, flip the cards back over and play passes to the left.
If a player does find a match, he should place the card
pair in front of himself. Then, the player gets to take the
figure of Maggie and have her “peek” at one other card
in the pile and reveal what it is. (This is how Maggie
shares the secret with the player!) Once you see what the
card is, turn it back over in the same place. Maggie stays
on top of the card to help players remember where the
item is. Shhh! Don’t tell anyone; it’s a secret between you
and Maggie!
Continue play clockwise until there is a winner!
Winning: The first player to make 3 matches wins!

El juego sigue la misma secuencia, con la excepción
de que esta vez tú y Maggie tienen que encontrar
elementos relacionados en lugar de elementos exactos.
Los jugadores tienen que hacer coincidir el objeto y el
personaje correctos. Por ejemplo: el mecánico con la
herramienta; el bombero con la manguera (ver la lista
completa, arriba).

Sacar todo el contenido del paquete y compararlo a la lista de arriba. Si

Maggie tiene un secreto: ¡sabe donde están todos los
pares que hacen juego! Los jugadores voltean las cartas
para encontrar cada par, y usan a Maggie para que les
ayude. Con dos niveles de juego, Busca el Par con
Maggie les enseñará a los niños tanto las valiosas
herramientas de la memoria y la correspondencia, como
el arte de guardar un secreto.
Atención padres: Con dos niveles de juego para
diferentes niveles de edad y destreza, jugar Busca el Par
con Maggie es diversión que ayuda a desarrollar las
habilidades de memoria y correspondencia de su hijo.
Los niños pueden usar el juego de diferentes maneras:
pueden jugar solos o con sus padres como sus guías. Es
una excelente manera de pasar tiempo juntos, y de ver
cómo se desarrolla el tren de aprendizaje del niño. A la
larga, el niño puede jugar con otros niños y aprender a
respetar los turnos y reglas y a compartir.
Preparación:
Antes de empezar a jugar, repase con su hijo los
elementos en las cartas. Ya sea que jueguen en el nivel 1
ó 2, le ayudará al niño a familiarizarse con los elementos
y personajes que va a tratar de hacer corresponder.

Objetivo:
Con la ayuda de Maggie, ser el primer jugador en
encontrar 3 pares.
A jugar:
Nivel 1
El menor de los jugadores empieza volteando dos cartas
al azar. Si los objetos de las cartas no coinciden, vuelve a
voltear las cartas. Ahora le toca al jugador a la izquierda.
Si un jugador encuentra dos carta iguales, tiene que
colocar las dos cartas en frente de él. Luego, el jugador
puede agarrar la figura de Maggie y “ver” otra carta de la
pila para saber qué es (así es como Maggie comparte su
secreto con el jugador). Después de que veas la carta,
voltéala en el mismo lugar. Maggie se quedará encima
de la carta para ayudarte a acordarte del objeto en la
carta. ¡No le digas a nadie! ¡Es un secreto entre tú y
Maggie!
El juego continúa a la izquierda hasta que alguien gane.
Ganar: ¡El primer jugador en lograr tres pares es el
ganador!
