Register On Campus the week of 9/12
FIRST DAY OF CLASS: Kinders will be picked up from their classroom. Grades 1-5 students meet their
teacher on the patio area outside the MPR immediately after school is dismissed the first day. After
the first day, students meet at the assigned location.
LAB FEE: Fees must be paid to class instructor on first day of class by cash or Check only. Lab fee is
paid separate from class fee.
PICK UP: Children need to be picked up immediately after class. Failure to pick up your child on time
could result in dismissal from the program without a refund and A $1.00 per Minute late fee will be
charged.
ABSENCES: Please notify Conejo Center at 805-495-2163 if your child will be absent.
Attendance is taken in each class and absences are verified.
RAINY DAYS: Rain or bad weather does not cancel programs. Programs will be moved to an indoor
area.

Refunds & Cancellations by the Participant
A full refund will be granted if we are notified 24 hours prior to first class.
Refunds or Transfers will not be granted day of class or once a class has begun.
Students may not “try out” a class.
Refunds for medical reasons will be granted on a pro-rate basis, written verification by a physician
is required.
Cancellations by Conejo Recreation & Park District
* A full refund will be made if a class is cancelled by the district prior to the starting date.
* Children may be dismissed from the program without a refund due to behavior problems.





Registrarse en el campus de la semana del 9/21
PRIMER DÍA DE CLASE: Kinder serán recogidos de su salón de clases. Grados 1-5 Los estudiantes se reúnen a su

podría resultar en la expulsión del programa sin reembolso y A $1.00 por minuto último honorario será cargado.

La asistencia se toma en cada clase y las ausencias son verificados.

Reembolsos y Cancelaciones por parte del participante
Se concederá un reembolso completo si se nos notifica 24 horas antes de la primera clase.
Los reembolsos no se concederán días de clase o una vez a la clase ha comenzado.
Los estudiantes no pueden "probar" una clase.
Los reembolsos por razones médicas serán concedidas sobre una base pro-tasa, se requiere una verificación por
escrito por un médico.
Cancelaciones por Conejo de Parques y Recreación del Distrito
Un reembolso completo se hará si una clase es cancelada por el distrito antes de la fecha de partida.
Los niños pueden ser expulsados del programa sin un reembolso debido a problemas de conducta.

Young Rembrandts 1-5
Learn to write and speak Spanish through songs, and
games. Read simple stories and acquire new Spanish vocabulary. Learn to articulate sentences and use them in
daily conversations. This class is 75% in Spanish, all the
instructions are in English. NO CLASS 10/3, 10/17
Kick off the season with a graphic iguana, a video game favorite
Pixel Block Character and the geometrical world of architecture
as we draw the Notre Dame Cathedral. Later, students will immerse themselves in the seasonal spirit as they learn still life
technique of pumpkins, draw a detailed Scarecrow and draw a
silly but challenging Patterned Bat. NO CLASS 10/21, 11/11

AGREEMENT, WAIVER, AND RELEASE
In consideration for being permitted by the Conejo Recreation & Park District to participate in the above activities,I hereby
waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which I may
have, or which may hereafter accrue to me, as a result of participation in said activities. This release is intended to discharge in
advance the Conejo Recreation & Park District (its officers, employees, and agents) from any and all liability arising out of or
connected in any way with my participation in said activities, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above. It is understood that these activities involve an element of risk and
danger of accidents and knowing those risks I hereby assume those risks. It is further agreed that this waiver, release, and
assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. I agree to indemnify and to hold the above person or entities free
and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense which they may incur as the result of my death or any injury or
property damage that I may sustain while participating in said activities.
PARENTAL CONSENT: (to be completed and signed by parent/guardian if applicant is under 18 years of age) I hereby consent that my son/daughter, _____________________________, participate in the above activities, and I hereby execute the
above Agreement, Waiver, and Release on his/her/their behalf. I state that said minors are physically able to participate in said
activities. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold the persons and entities mentioned above free and harmless from any loss,
