Programa de señalización vertical de la serie RELEU, basado
en la personalización de placas de material reciclado,
procedente del contenedor amarillo. A partir de unas
dimensiones máximas de 45x45cm se pueden obtener
diferentes formatos que, con un sencillo sistema de anclaje
exento de elementos mecánicos, se unen a unos soportes
verticales realizados en tubo cilíndrico de aluminio anodizado
de diámetro 35 o 60 mm. según la altura. Las señales bajas
utilizan dos tubos de 35mm y quedan a una altura aproximada
de 50cm del suelo con una ligera inclinación que facilita la
lectura. Los motivos de la señalización están grabados en el
material de las placas por procedimiento mecánico con una
profundidad de 3mm aprox. y posteriormente rellenados de
pintura, consiguiendo una larga duración y un mínimo
mantenimiento. Las señales pueden contemplar una
personalización puntual mediante la utilización de placas de
aluminio grabadas, que se colocan en una zona reservada o
bien en el mástil para informaciones más de carácter corporativo
o de municipalidad. Los materiales se presentan sin acabado
alguno evitando así cualquier mantenimiento y facilitando así
su reciclaje al término de la vida útil de la señalética o de una
placa concreta.
It is a vertical signposting programme based on the customization of plaques of recycled material, and obtained from
the selective plastic garbage collection. Starting from plaques
with 45x45cm of maximum size, different formats can be
obtained with a very simple system of fitting without any need
of mechanical elements. These plaques are joined to a vertical
supports made of cylindrical tube of anodized aluminium and
diameter of 35 or 60mm depending on height. The low
signposting use two tubes of 35mm. and remain at a high of
approximately 50cm. from the ground with a slight slope which
make easier reading. The indications of the signposting are
engraved in the material of the plates by means of a mechanical
procedure with a depth of approx. 3mm. and subsequently
filled with paint that gets to the element a long-term duration
and a minimal maintenance. The signposting can have a
specific customization using aluminium engraved plaques,
which are place in a reserved area or in the pole so that can
be included further corporative information or about the
municipality. Materials are presented without any kind of finished
so there is no need of any maintenance and making easier the
return of the parts back to the recycling process once the
elements have finished their lifespan.
