I LOVE BARBELL ROUTINES
The bar is made of metal and designed for lifting weights. I like it because I
consider it a personal challenge. After finishing my workouts, I feel different, strong,
and happy because I've strengthened not only my body, but also my mind and my
character. I don't like it because sometimes my arms, legs, and glutes hurt, even
more so when I increase the weight or when I change my routine to get better
results.
J BALVIN
José Álvaro Osorio Balvin, artistically known as J Balvin, is an urban singer who
was born in Medellín, Colombia, on May 7, 1985. He started making music at an
early age and in 2004 recorded his first song as a solo artist, 'Panas', a song that
talks about friends; with which he entered the world of reggaeton. After several
successes, he achieved entry in the Guinness Book of Records for remaining 22
weeks on the Hot Latin Songs chart with his song 'Ginza'.
I really like the songs of J BALVIN and one of his most famous albums is called
Colores, which won several Latin Grammys.
