WARNING - SAFETY
Read this part and all warnings in this document carefully before replacement. This document has been
prepared for safely installation of fuel dispensers, tank automation systems and replacement of spare
parts which is held in flammable zone in petrol stations. Ignoring the safety instructions in this document
may cause serious injury, death, financial damage and loss. Any accidents as a result of not obeying
these safety regulations are under the responsibility of any person who performs installation or maintenance. As a result of wrong installation by not obeying these warnings in this document or using materials except original materials, all warranties will be invalid.
WARNING - EXPLOSIVE ZONE
Fuel tanks are in zone 1 where the fuel vapor is most intensive. While working in these zones, shall be
obeyed to all the safety regulations, shall not be approached to these zones with flammable materials
and the mobile phones shall be turned off. Hammer shall not be used to prevent the sparks of the metal
pieces. Fuel vapor is hazardous for human health. Due to the long-term respiration of fuel vapor may
cause serious injury or death, all the necessary precautions shall be taken. The working zone shall be
kept in safe by circling with the necessary warnings and plates, shall be prevented to access unauthorized and irrelevant people to this zone.
WARNING - PERSONAL PROTECTION
The staff shall use antistatic shoe, helmet and coverall during the operation.

START TO WORK AFTER TAKING SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ABOVE BEFORE INSTALLATION.
As shall be worked in the zone where has fuel vapor, shall
be kept away the whole materials which are possible to
generate sparking. Shall not be made any connection to
the energy source by the time end of the installation.

Always use necessary personal protective
equipments as a requirement of your duty. Do
not wear anti-static boots while working on this
job.
Turn off the related switch in the Electrical Distribution Panel.
Place “ Caution! work is ongoing” on the panel’s
lid.
Gauge the phase-neutral voltage (between blue
and brown terminals) by voltmeter. It must be
“0” volt.
Note: Shall not be started installation without station authorized’s working permission.

Before the calibration process you must make some preperations as following.

Be sure the hose and hydraulics are full filled with liquid.

Open the door of bottom cabin that hydraulics are located in.

Prepare a prover of a definite standart volume. And another container to empty the proved
container to bring the fuel back to the storage tank.

ESSENTIAL STEPS DURING REPLACEMENT

Cut the protective sealing of the screw on front cover of
Pulser Unit on the meter which is to be calibrated,

Remove the screw over the pulser body to press calibration button.

Switch the Pump Unit ID to “Service” mode and see the
message “PROG.SW TURNED ON” on the display.

Press 030 ENTER on Keyboard,
while the dispenser is
on “IDLE” mode.

Resolve the dynamic password.
 Each numbers have a diverse number. You can see
the numbers on the Picture left.
 The password must be resolved from right to the left.

Press 01 and ENTER. Observe “PRESS PULSER CALIBRATION BUTTON” message on screen.

Press white Calibration button on Pulser Card. Prepare for
Scaling Calibration.

Observe “NOZZLE IS READY TO FILL” messsage on the
screen.

Pump fuel to the prover suitably to its volume.

Put down nozzle to its place. Compare the fuel amounts in
the container and on the screen.

5.
CALIBRATION OF THE PULSER CARD

Enter the real amount by keyboard and press ENTER.
Observe “CALIBRATION SUCCESS” message.

Place pulser cover and 4 screws. Tighten by by 4 mm
Allenwrench. Place sealing bolt onto the middle. Switch
Pump unit ID.

Insert sealing wire diagonally to the screws passing through the sealing bolt. Seal Pulser cabin and its ready to
operate.
P.S: Check whether the pulser cover has been closed properly or not, as it can cause liquid contact in case of not
to be closed properly.
